RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Before we send out your packages, we do our best to carefully inspect the items for manufacturing mishaps. But we understand that items are not immune to damages during delivery.
In case you received an item that is faulty, you may file a refund/exchange request within (5) five business days upon receipt of the order. Upon acknowledgement of your email, we will ask you to send us back the item in question, along with the delivery receipt, which should be mailed out to us within three (3) business days of our acknowledgement.
Once approved, refund may be in the form of store credits or full cash paid. Or for exchanges, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping charges during the exchange process will be shouldered by Mollycoddle.
